“Toejam” (as in tapping!) is a wonderful collaboration of four fine musicians from the North Thompson Valley and Kamloops areas. Their music blends an easy listening folk roots style, with some country and blues/jazz variety, including some old classics.

Maureen Brown (keyboard/vocals/percussion) and Gerda Faber (guitar/vocals/percussion)were longtime members of the band "Lilies of the Valley". Tight harmony vocals and great keyboard styling was their trademark.

Doug Fenwick (guitar/vocals) adds solid guitar and excellent vocals to the group. Doug is very involved with the North Thompson Musicians Guild and is well known for his keen musicianship (also sound engineering skills) and colourful musical history including recording, touring and backing up some high profile bands in the past.

Tom Konopski (bass) is the group's newest band member. Tom's years of musical experience in bands in Prince George and Kamloops provides the solid anchor supporting the group's great sound. His musical decade of choice is the 60s, and in 2008 he won an Elvis karaoke contest as part of the Las Vegas Marathon festivities.
